John Dillon – President/CPAU – Public Adjuster – John has been involved in the insurance industry since 1990 when he started as an agent for a large national insurance carrier. A native of Mansfield, MA, John now lives in Falmouth, MA. John served both as an active duty and reserve member of the U.S. Navy Seabees for nearly 17 years, where he honed his construction skills in multiple facets. Throughout his career, John has coupled his construction experience with his expertise in the insurance industry, ultimately becoming a licensed public adjuster and earning the designation Certified Professional Appraiser and Umpire.
John is licensed in the following states: MA/RI/NH/VT/ME/CT/NY/NC/SC/FL/TX/AZ/PA
John is committed to giving back to his community and those that have helped nurture his success. He sits on various boards for non-profits that support veterans causes He also sits on several industry specific committees and local community councils.
John is associated with the National Association of Public Adjusters, the Massachusetts Association of Public Adjusters, the Nantucket Builders Association, and the Falmouth Veterans Council.
Kerri Smith – Public Adjuster – Kerri is a native of Stoneham, MA, and grew up with three siblings. After high school, she obtained her RN licensure and spent 26 years working in the skilled nursing field. Looking for a change of pace, she hung up her nurse’s hat and came to work with us as our office manager, personal property specialist, and, just recently, licensed public adjuster. Kerri donates her time to various non-profit organizations and lives in Falmouth. Kerri is licensed in Massachusetts.
Christopher Dillon – Public Adjuster – Christopher grew up in Foxboro, MA, where his family moved when he was a small boy. Chris attended Johnson and Wales to study business and ultimately found his way into the public adjusting industry after working for an extensive fiber optic firm in Massachusetts. Chris started construction at a young age and has a vast knowledge of the many facets of residential and commercial construction. His attention to detail is second to none, and he can often be found scanning a building or flying the company drone to capture critical exterior elements. Chris is licensed in MA and VT.
Emmie – Vice President of Happiness – Always smiling, Emmie brings us great joy and happiness. She learned from one of the best, her partner in crime, Callie. Emmie loves to give kisses – or, as some people would say, she likes to lick you. She is doing a great job following in Callie’s footsteps, and though she doesn’t kick her hind legs up like Callie, she does have a mean (not really) growl.
Callie – Vice President of Happiness – in memory – Callie was the original VP of Happiness. She always had a wagging tail and loved her treats – so much that she would kick her hind legs up excitedly. She brought a great deal of comfort and joy to us. The mark Callie left is indelible, and she will always be a part of our family.
