After hail damaged the siding on our house during a microburst we contacted our insurance company. The insurance company agreed to replace one side of the house. I was concerned about the new siding matching the existing siding. We were also concerned about potential damage to the roof and gutters. The insurance adjuster that came out never inspected the roof. John assisted us with the insurance claim. John guided us through the process and the final result was new siding for the entire home, new gutters, new downspouts and new ceiling to farmer’s porch. The insurance company even hired a Haag certified inspector to inspect the roof and chimney. John explained exactly what the insurance company report would read before we received it. John explained homeowners rights to us and after several phone calls the insurance company agreed to our terms.
